Rates and Terms
Our rates vary from job to job. This is simply because some projects may be quite complex and require detailed planning, whereas others may be more straightforward and could be carried out the following day. We prefer to quote each new job on an individual basis. Due to the nature of specialised filming, we do require 20% in advance when booking a job. Prior to commencing any project, time is spent gathering together the necessary paperwork and planning, creating risk assessments, preparing the right equipment, conducting site surveys and gaining permissions. We feel this is a sensible approach and a mutual commitment with our clients.
Copyright and Use of Material
Drone Photography Limited retains the copyright of all photography and film content. We can negotiate and agree a buyout of footage for specific filming contracts. Clients have full use of all photography and film material for their own business use. Clients are not permitted to sell the material, or allow 3rd parties to use it without prior written agreement with Drone Photography Limited.
Drone Photography Limited promotes our business and services via a diverse combination of media channels. We reserve the right to use any photographic and video content for our own PR activities. This may be in the form of website content, in a showreel, in printed form and on social media. With regard to client confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions, we agree not to use any video footage or photography images until our client has published it, or where required – given permission for its use.
